Could The Sore Breasts And Cramps Be Due To Pregnancy?

I have taken a blood pregnancy test 11 days after intercourse (negative), I then got a light period that lasted 5 days (25 days after intercourse). I took 2 home pregnancy tests a week later and both turned out negative. Now its 40 days after the incident and i am starting to have sore breasts and light cramps. Can I be pregnant, should i repeat the test again, or trust the results?
