Could The Spot Visible On Lung X-ray Be Life Time?

Hi doc. im jhel, age 27, last 2007 i was diagnosed for ptb minimal on my left lungs i took medecine for 6 mos. i was cured it was successful, when i took another xray the results is ok but theres a small spot seen on my xray my doc said its a lifetime...is it true? can be please help me how to clear the spot is there any operation for this problem?

I can understand your concern.
Yes, this spot will remain as it life long.
You had tuberculosis which was healed by six months treatment.
TB lesions heal by either fibrosis or calcification.
These lesions are scar tissue which is inactive.
So they will remain as it is through out the life and will be seen in all future x rays.
These lesions are inactive. They are not carrying any bacteria so not infectious.
Hence, no drug or operation is required to clear them.
