Could The Stuffy Nose And Acid Metal Taste In My Mouth Indicate Pregnancy Symptoms?

It's my week before period been trying for baby for past 16 months noticed today a horibal taste in my mouth and on my tongue like a acid metal taste, feels like its at the back of my tongue also iv started with stuffy nose and feel like flu could this be a sign of pregnancy??

From history it seems that you might be having viral infection producing all these symptoms.
These symptoms do not like due to having pregnancy.
