Could The Sweating, Nausea And Dizziness Be Due COPD Or Low Sugar?

I have COPD. Today after walking up 2 flights of stairs, I became out of breath, became clammy, sweating, nausiated and dizzy. I had to set down until the symtoms went away and my friend brought me a sprite. I had not eaten and maybe just low blood sugar????

Hi,
Sweating, nausea and dizziness all can occur in low sugar and COPD may be associated with hypoglycaemia. Consult a physician who after proper physical examination and laboratory test can tell exactly about the condition. COPD with breathlessness can lead to very serious complication so, go through some test like complete blood count, pulmonary function test, Chest x ray PA view, serum blood glucose. Take anti histaminic, bronchodilator, antibiotics and corticosteroid inhaler for relief of symptoms of COPD. Take some form sugar supplement like honey, candy.
Take care, bye.
