Could The Threads Injected Above My Lips Be Causing The New Drooping At The Corner Of My Mouth?

Hi there I recently had miniscule threads injected into the area between my nose and upper lips to stop the lines coming from age. I started to feel a tightness just around my cupid s bow a couple of days ago and now the lower left corner of my mouth is drooping. I talked to the qualified nurse who did it and she told me the threads were above the lips so they couldn t be what was causing it. I ve never had this problem before.
