Hi,

There is no known interaction between coumadin(warfarin) and water with bleaching powder. There is higher chance of warfarin toxicity. I'll advise you to consult local doctor for clinical examination and necessary investigation. Its toxicity sometimes lead to life-threatening hemorrhage.
