Could The Weird Sensation In My Lower Left Abdomen After Resuming Smoking Be A Serious Issue?

Hello , I had taken a break from smoking weed for about two months almost three and i started to get this wierd sensation on lower left abdomen close to my groin and at first it was alarming because it was almost as a feeling of a balloon about to pop inside me and now its just like doesnt really hurt anymore, im just wondering if you could give me some more info on that and if it could be something bad or just from coughing and going back to it again.
