Could There Be A Blood Clot On My Heel?

I think I have a blood clot on my heel. I'm not sure &I I'm getting worried. I just had a big surgery &then they were drying to prevent blood clots but I think I have one. It only hurts at night. Ill wake up twice maybe with it hurting but once I put my leg up it stops.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Blood clots can develop in legs immobilization.
Surgery is one of the cause of immobilization.
Blood clots is legs are characterized by pain especially on moving or raising the leg.
If you are also experiencing similar symptoms then probably you have developed a clot in the legs.
You need to consult your surgeon for clinical assessment and investigations like Doppler ultrasound of the leg.
In case any clot is detected, appropriate steps can be taken to clear the clot.
