Could There Be Any Mental Illness Associated With Poland's Syndrome?

if someone has polands syndrome is their any mental health issues with someone with this condition, I know there is absense of chest muscle and left side smaller and web fingers, I know someone close with this condition and they over react to life situations and I was wondering if there is any other health issues as a result of this condition.
