Could These Growths Be Genital Warts, And Should I Get A Second Opinion Despite My Doctor Saying They’re Just Moles Or Skin Tags?

Hi I have what I thought was a genital wart that I’ve asked a Dr twice about, the first time he assured me it wasn’t and not to worry. In the last couple months I think it got bigger, and another one popped up a few inches away. Went in for a checkup and asked him again, he looked quickly and assured me that’s not what warts look like, they’re definitely just moles or skin tags. Doing my own research I think they do look like warts, think it’s worth getting a second opinion?
