Could Thigh Pain Be Due To HSG Drops Intake?

I have been taking HCG drops for a week, and have begun having pain in my thighs. Could thse 2 factors be related? I an 59 years old, weigh 210 pounds, and am 5'4". I have high blood pressure(controlled by medication 0, and high cholesterol.
