Could This Pregnancy Having Nausea And Missed Period But The Pregnancy Test Was Negative And Have An Ovarian Cyst?

I have been havin unprotected sex with my husband. I found out at the end of nov. That I have an ovarian cyst. And I got my period in dec. But after that o have been feeling nauseous after everything I eat. I also have my idu(par-a-gaurd) taken out on nov. Also. What could this be the test I took lasg night came back negative

Pregnancy will have to be ruled out as part of protocol. But the more likely cause to your presentation could be the ovarian cyst whoch causes an alteration in hormone levels and results in symptoms similar to yours.
