Could Throat Tightness, Confusion And Depression Be Due To Emotional Stress?

I have been dealing with some disappointments lately. I suffer with mental illness. I am having problems with tightness in my throat, confusion, and depression. Could this be symptom of my emotional stress? should I see my psychiatrist to discuss my meds and possible changes?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
I understand your concerns.
Tightness in throat, confusion and depression are certainly due to stress.
As you have had mental health issues in past, i would suggest you to revisit your psychiatrist and discuss about dose increment or drug change.

Thanks
