Could Tightness In Chest Be Due To A Pulled Muscle?

Hi i like to think im really healthy but over the past two days i have been feeling a hard heart beat at rest, i dont have any struggle for breath or pain just a bit if tightness, i think that maybe i could have pulled some muscles in my chest as i have been lifting things. i was wondering what you might think. thank you
