Could Tingling In My Father S Feet Mean A Recurrence Of Guillain-Barré Syndrome?

Sir last year in January 2019, my father was affected by GB Syndrome disease. He was treated under your supervision, finally he got well very soon. But, presently he has started feeling tingle in fingers of his feet. So my question is that, whether he has been affected by GB Syndrome once again. If your answer is yes, so what I do ?
