Could Tingling In My Left Hand Be Related To My L5-S1 Disc Prolapse, Or Does It Suggest Another Disc Herniation?

Hi I have a large disc prolapse at L5-S1 severly compressing s1-s2 nerves. This has been causing sciatic pain in left leg/foot and numbness. I've recently been experiencing tingling my left hand also, is this related to the same issue or are further disc herniations a likely cause.
