Could Tiredness And Sleepiness Be Due To Elevated BP Levels?

I am a 66 year old grandmother with a husband who owns his own business which has become very stressful. My blood pressure is 127/76 with a heart rate of 78. I am very tired and sleepy and am having to push myself to get my chores completed. Is my blood pressure causing this?

hi,
your blood pressure and heart rate, seems normal to me. (normal range for bp being below 140/90, and heart rate between 60-90)
Most likely your problems are due to tiredness and office stress.
Meditation, healthy diet, and exercise, can help you most.

Regards
