Could Tiredness And Soreness In Breasts With Nausea Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi my name Lyndsey, I am 20 years old and I think I might be pregnant but then again it is too soon to tell but when i calculated all of it, It seems like I have a pretty good chance.my last period was 01/26/14 I conceived anywhere between 02/08/14-02/11/14 my period i'snt until the 21st, but ive been really tired, i have sore breasts, and i've been feeling nauseous.
Could it just be me or could i be pregnant?

It will be difficult to Diagnose pregnancy till period is delayed.
if you are anxious then you can get a blood test for pregnancy.
You can take multivitamins for fatigue.
