Could Tiredness,sleepiness And Minor Headaches Indicate Pregnancy?

I am pretty sure that I have experienced implantation bleeding. I went to the dr today but the test came back negative. From what i told him he said he is pretty positive i am pregnant its just too soon to tell most likely. Can you get symptoms right away? I have been absolutely exhausted the last few days but have been getting enough sleep. Ive been dealing with minor headaches and my temp is usually 99.0-99.5. its been running very low like 96.8 was today. Just kind of wondering if this sounds like pregnancy.

The other symptoms may not be specific to pregnancy alone. In this scenario, you can get a better clarification by getting the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres done. Home pregnancy tests read well when performed with an early morning fresh sample 3-7 days after the missed period. Hope this helps.
