Could Tonsillitis Be Cured Using Antibiotics?

Hi , I've had tonsillitis for 4 weeks .... 2 different antibiotics have failed to completely cure it , it starts improving then once tablets are finished it's back.... Each tonsil has a hard little ball of what looks like pus , I'm seriously fed up as I'm a very sporty person and it's disrupting my life ... Help .

Hello

i would like you to stop your antibiotics for the time being and gargle with warm salt water 3-4 times a day for 2 weeks and even if that does not help, then i would like you to consider getting them operated.
Thanks
