Could Torticollis Cause Hand And Feet Numbness With Toe Pain?

Yes I was born with Torticollis and also had a cyst beside my voice box and they did surgery and cut the muscle on the right side of my neck andtook the cyst out I am now 39 yrs. old and i'm having all kinds of trouble with ny hands and feet going numb and on my left foot the 3 toes in the middle completely loose color and hurt so bad and my neck hurts all the time could the torticollis (wry neck) be causing these things Thank u Amy Gibson
