Could Trace Albumin, Occasional RBCs, And Bacteria In My Child’s Urine Be Serious If He Also Has Conjunctivitis And Mild Fever?

Hi, Can you please examine my child’s urine test reports and give the details of your examination.This test done by 2 days interval of period. Please note that he have eye stye (conjunctivitis) and suffering little bit fever that’s why we done the urine test . There is mentioned albumin trace, it’s have any issues ?, also we done the blood test their results is normal no any issues found. First test result showing Albumin trace Second test showing Albumin faint trace Pus Cell - 1-2 Epithelial cells - Absent Red Blood Cells - occasionally cast - Absent Crystals- Absent Bacteria- occasionally other cells - Mucus Thread Present
