Could Triglow Cream Cause White Skin Peels?

hi doctor ....even i am doin mbbs 2nd yr chennai......i recently went to a dermatologist ...he has prescribed me triglow cream ....i have 2 apply it at night before half an hour to bed time.....i have applied only for yesterday and day before yesterday , today after washing my face i could find white skin peels nearly around 5 places in my face.....can i continue using it? is tat cream s effective or not.......
