Could Tumor Growing In Colon Be Cancerous And Spreading To Other Parts?

my husband had a colonoscopy he was told he has a tumor growing in his colon and leaking blood around it is it possible that it could be cancerous and have spread to other parts of the body as his doctor says she think it is he said he has had no symptoms other than his pcp saw blood in his stools

If its a proven colon cancer after a biopsy, yes it has got a chance of spreading to other parts, for example liver is the most common organ where it can spread. U can get a simple ultrasound to know it. Bye.
