Could Twisted Knees Require Immediate Medical Attention?

I am 15. I play basketball year-round. I played summer softball and basketball my freshman year but I stretched ligaments in my right knee during a softball game to put me out for a season. Later that year, I was free to play basketball again. In one season I broke my leg as well as tore my acl to put me out for summer sports in general. Last march I had acl reconstruction surgery and was barely clear to play in October. Since then I have improved greatly in my confidence with my knees as well skill level. Two days ago I played in a tournament and twisted my other knee. I'm too scared to find out anything bad about my knees and I don't think I should get it checked right away. I have a very limited range of motion but when I hurt my other knee they had me wait about 3 weeks before any treatment. So I need to know whether or not it'd be smarter to wait a week or so or to get it checked asap?
