Could Twitching In Eye Lid Be Linked To Shot During Filling Of Tooth?

I went to the dentist for a filling 2 weeks ago and when he did the shot it made my eyelid numb and I could not blink. It has been two weeks and I get twitching and a heavy eye lid where it is weak. Could this be related to the shot that numbed my eyelid?

tooth procedure are done with mandibular and local block. In this eye lid should not have been effected. Even if effected it is local anesthesia. the action will go slowly.
