Could Twitching In Facial Muscles Be Due To Neurological Disorder?

I ve started have uncontrolable facial twitching again; used to have this as a child. could this be a neuralogical problem? or what? I flex my lower facial muscles (neck, throat, jaw) especially in the evening. Is this some weird habit or something else?

HI
Well come to HCM
Such twitching of facial muscle could be nonspecific and may not have any specific reasons and not even need any treatment but it would be fine soon just wait for some time and do not pay any attention, hope this information helps, take care.
