Could Twitching Under Rib Cage Be Due To MS?

I have been diagnosed with MS since 2002. I recently have had twitching under my left ribcage, towards the top, along with twitching in my right eye; no pain associated with either. I also have begun to sweat profusely under my arms, especially at night. Could all of this be related to my MS, i.e., I'm relapsing?
