Could Using Sazo 500mg Cause Pain In Penis?

good evening, i am RA patient from last 6 months and it effects on my right knee and left hand's joints.its ratio is approx. 67 and doctor advice me to use the sazo 500mg thrice a day. i am also using it but i am feeling pain in my penis.
Pls suggest , it is harmful or not
