Could Using A Toothbrush With Possible Lysol Residue Make Me Sick If I Rinsed My Mouth Afterward?

Hi, I sprayed down my bathroom counter with lysol to clean it. I think a some got on my toothbrush and I used my toothbrush right after I got done cleaning. I rinsed my mouth out really well but I have a severe anxiety about and fear of vomiting, will I get sick?
