Could Using An Already Used Humidifier, Staying At Cheap Hotels Cause Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck?
I have a swollen lymph node in my neck. Before getting this I purchased a used humidifier, stayed at cheap hotels and took apart a vacuum cleaner at a pawn shop and inhaled some of the dust from the vacuum bag. Could this be the cause of the swollen lymph node in my neck? I am taking antibotics have been taking them for 3 days still swollen.
A swollen lymph node is a sign of acute infection in that area of the body .A swollen lymph node in the neck could be because of a throat or nose or ear infection .Inhalation of infected air can certainly be a reason for catching any of the ear , nose and throat infections leading to lymph node enlargement in the neck.
If I were treating you, I would ask you not to worry about it as once the acute infection subsides , the lymph node would revert back to its original size .
