Could Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy Be Due To A Miscarriage?

i just found out sunday i was pregnant but started bleeding this morning. been to the er and dr. but no one is really telling me anything. the er tested my pee and it came back - and then did a blood test and it was 6. so i guess i want to know i'm i pregnant or did i miscarey
