Could Vaginal Bleeding Followed By Watery Brown Discharge Post Mirena Insertion Mean Infection?
I had the mirena inserted About 2 months ago. Since it was inserted I have consistently had vaginal bleeding until about two days ago. Now there is a significant amount of watery discharge with a slight brown color and an unpleasant smell. Is this a sign of infection?
