Could Vaginal Genital Itching Be Due To A Yeast Infection?

Hello. Me and my girlfriend had sex and used a different brand of condoms than we usually do (regular Trojans to Magnum brand). After that we with itching in the genitalia....mine only lasted for a day then subsided, but hers grew a bit worse, more specifically, only when urinating. I thought it was an allergic reaction to the condom at first, but now it may be a yeast infection for her. What do you think?
