Could Vaginal Infection Cause Symptoms Of STD?

hello,i'm 20,not sexually active,i think i have sd because the symptoms are similar, what do you think could have caused it? i do not take birth control pills and i have had a history of fungal infection on my outer vagina but got it got treated. could this still be the same infection?or have the conditions probably worsened?can i apply over-the counter meds such as daktacort?
