Could Vaginal Psoriasis And Oral Thrush Be Causing Discharge, Itching, Burning, Odor?

hello,i believe i have vaginal psoriasis and oral trush daily white discharge every day sometimes itching and burning occasiional strong smelling urea .i have had every treatment available to no avail and have lived with this condition for over 10 years.
