Could Vitamin B Shots And Oral Vitamin B Complex Reduce Blood Pressure?

Hi, I am being treated for high blood prssure and SVTs. My blood pressure is suddenly below 120/70. I have felt tired for a while and my allergist did blood work and learned that I have extremely low vitamin B and some deficiency in vitamin D. He started me on vitamin B shots and oral Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin D? Will this be the reason my blood pressure has suddenly gotten lower?

Vitamin B injectionc have no proven role in reducing blood pressure.
S o it should be because of some other reason .
