Hello and welcome to HCM,
Fatty foods have to be avoided post-gall bladder removal surgery.
The function of gall bladder is to store and concentrate bile.
Bile is required to emulsify and digest fatty foods.
Removal of gall bladder does not have much consequence but digestion of fatty foods may be affected leading to gastric symptoms after taking fatty food.
Thus, avoid fatty and greasy foods.

Thanks and take care
