Could Vomiting Flat White Pieces With A Brown String After Eating A Cheeseburger Be A Parasite?

Hi all I ate in 2 days was a cheese burger then I threw up and these flat white rectangles came out the biggest one was about 4 inches and at the end of each of the rectangles theres was a brown string as if it were some kind of worm with a digestive system
