Could Warm Compresses On Eyelid Cause Headaches And Fainting?

Hi, my husband (31 y/o- 175lb - 5'11') has a big chalazion. The eye doctor gave him a one time antibiotic drops, and told him to applies warm compresses on his eye lid. He just applied a hot towel on it. He told me that it is giving him a headache. His face turned white and fainted in the bathroom. Is that normal?

Hello
It seems from the history that your husband is having chalzion for which he is taking warm compression and antibiotic eye drops.
Applying warm compression will not cause headache and fainting.
Hence consult your physician for evaluation and treatment accordingly for this condition.

Thank you
