Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. If your mommogram is clear, then the possible reasons could be muscular strain, lung related problems and anxiety. Physicians also investigate heart related problems to be sure. Anxiety could prouduce acidity symptoms and cause chest tightness and pain. Don't worry because worrying can also trigger anxiety. Your physician will tell you what it is. I don't think there is anything to worry.

If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
