I have weak erection and after 6 minutes of erection i cant erect again until after 12hours. Could it be caused by my 10 years of masturbation. If it is caused by it how can i treat this health abnormallity

masturbating more than once a day can cause erection problems.overmasturbation is associated with watery semen,weak erection etc.,take healthy foods.avoid junk foods.avoid watching porn.
