Could Weakness During Pregnancy Be Due To Cytomegalo And Parvo Virus?

Hi. I'm 7w5d pregnant and have been unwell for about 20 days. Have been diagnosed with parvo b19 and CMV. I am still feeling extremely weak -in bed most of the time. Could there be anything else causing this? Parvo and CMV blood tests were done 11days ago.
