Could Weight Loss Be Due To Breast Feeding?

hello dr am a mother of 2.4yr baby still brest feeding .. now frm last 4months suffering many heath problems after suffer dengue fever now suffering urine infection .. after takin antibiotics better now but sumtimes feelin wetty like watery white leakage .. day to day i lost my waight ..is ths for breast feeding or is thr anything serious ?? my quastion is i have to consult a which dr a medicine specialist or gyning or a any other??
