Could White Patches In Throat, Facial Bones Pain Be Related To Strep Throat?

I think I have strept throat, as I had it 3 weeks ago and was on antibotic and thought I was better, but my throat started hurting again last night and my husband looked and said I had some white patches on it, but my facial bones hurt, is that part of strept throat also?
