Could Worsening Right-side Back Pain, Nausea, Headaches, And Exhaustion Be Related To Past Kidney Issues Or XKD?

I have had extreme pain thats getting worse in my back on right side, nausea, headaches, and exhausted. I have had issues with my kidney most of my life but nothing made me fell this bad. I was told in Nov 2020 I had XKD and in renal failure by er doctors but they didn t seem concerned because I was there getting 22 staples in back of my head from an assault. I am scared to go to ER because of fear of catching covid. But I can t get the pain to ease up and I just keep feeling worse.
