Could Worsening Swallowing Difficulty And Red Bumps On My Palatopharyngeal Arch And Throat Wall Be Related To My Diagnosed Esophageal Dysmotility?

Hi i have difficulty swallowing food from many years as i have dignosed oesphageal dysmotality. So from 1 month i noticed food swallowing problem getting worse and i checked on mirror that i have little 2 or 3 red bumps on my palatophrgeal arch at both sides and also on back of my throat wall. I am scaring can you help me plz?
