Could You Advise On The Health Status Based On The Report Attached?

Hi doctor, in my thyroid profile, the report shows the results:-TSH level 27 micro IU/mL, T3 level 1.03 ng/mL and T4 level 8.7 micro g/dL. In the Comlete Blood Counts the parameters showing beyong the Biological reference Range Intervals are MCH 25.7 pg, RDW 16.7%, Polymorphs 67.4%. In the Lipid profile HDL Cholestrol is 29.07 mg/dL, Chole/HDL-C Ratio is 6.06, LDL-C/HDL-C Ratio is 3.2. I am a school teacher with a standing job for over 6 hours demanding physical exertion. Can you please advice on my present health status and how I should go about in improving.

Hi!
I read carefully your test report's.
The normal range for TSH is 0.4-4 micro IU/mL.Your TSH level is over the normal range and this suggest that you may have hypothyroidism.
For this I suggest you to consult a endocrinologist and he will perform other tests such as thyroid ultrasonography, measurement of some specific antibodies in your blood to find the right cause of why your thyroid isn't functioning so well. He will give you the right treatment in the right dose.

The other findings in your blood count and your lipid profile are due to hypothyroidism because in this condition the reduction of thyroid hormone production effects the metabolism slowing it down and this is the reason you may have alteration in these blood tests.
This findings will came in normal range as soon you take the right treatment for your hypothyroidism.
