Could You Explain The Attached Scan Report For 26 Weeks Pregnancy?

i am 26 week 4days pregnant, usg report shows , femoral length 37.7mm, abdominal circumference 162mm, fetal maturity - 21weeks 4 days, fetal weight 442gm , cardiac activity - heart rate 150bpm and is regular, cervix appears tubular with close internal os, placenta located in antero fundal wall of uterus,clear average vol. clear liquor - amnii is present, largest liquor pocket measures 50.3mm, congenital anomaly - no apparent sonographically demonstable, umbilical chord reveals normal three vessels bound together, please note all the fetal anomalies could not be detected, impression : 1. single viable fetus, 2. unstable presentation, 3. 21 week 4days maturity, 4. antero fundal placenta, Advise: clinical correlation and further investication is indicated. Please explain the report, is it normal....

Thanks for the query.
You didn't mention the date when was ultrasound taken.
If it was taken on your 26 weeks and 4 days of gestation,
-There is a disparity between the gestational age by last menstrual period and gestational age by ultrasound.
As all other parameters are normal, the possibility is wrong dates or irregular menstrual periods before conception.
-Remaining parameters are normal.
-Regular antenatal checkups and ultrasound examinations are needed.
