i am 26 week 4days pregnant, usg report shows , femoral length 37.7mm, abdominal circumference 162mm, fetal maturity - 21weeks 4 days, fetal weight 442gm , cardiac activity - heart rate 150bpm and is regular, cervix appears tubular with close internal os, placenta located in antero fundal wall of uterus,clear average vol. clear liquor - amnii is present, largest liquor pocket measures 50.3mm, congenital anomaly - no apparent sonographically demonstable, umbilical chord reveals normal three vessels bound together, please note all the fetal anomalies could not be detected, impression : 1. single viable fetus, 2. unstable presentation, 3. 21 week 4days maturity, 4. antero fundal placenta, Advise: clinical correlation and further investication is indicated.
