Could You Recommend An Ointment For Reddish, Itchy Bumps On My Scrotum That Have Been Inflamed For 2 Weeks?

Sir i have reddish bumps on my scrotum from last 2 weeks, they cause itching, iritation and many a time inflammation. I think I have got them because of my irregular bath. But now please suggest me the ointments for it. Because I have no doctors nearby. My jee exam are in feb and my 2 year preparation had been great but on this crucial time I not able to focus on studies. Please help.
